Hello, I'm Libby. I teach ashtanga and hatha yoga as well as meditation and pranayama.
Teaching in a calming, friendly, informative way; my classes allow individuals to focus on the self -for some often needed calm. I am passionate about bringing yoga to everyone: to feel the wide-reaching benefits for themselves: physically, spiritually and mentally.
I completed my 200 hour Yoga Alliance teacher training in India in 2012 at Himalaya Yoga Valley under the wonderful guidance of Lalit Kumar and his wonderful team. There I was able to immerse myself in the transformative learning experience which has brought me here.
